Holger Rengstorf's latest project is a 27-hole golfers' paradise on the Warnow not far from Schwerin with completion planned by the end of 2001. On an area totalling 110 hectares between Vorbeck and Kritzow, an up-to-par 9-hole course plus a beautifully landscaped 18-hole course are taking shape. "Long before that first spade full of earth was moved, we could tell the terrain was ideal for a golf-course," enthuse professional course operator couple Bruce Johnston and Fanja Johnston-Pon.
